Capital One offers an 18 month plan with an interest rate of as low as 1.9% APR, depending on your credit score. Once you are at the Capital One website, you will click on the Healthcare Finance tab, then the Cosmetic or Dental tab, and follow the directions. Care Credit offers an 18 month plan as well, with an interest rate of 10.9% APR on all of their financing plans. Once at the Care Credit web site, you will enter either your physician's name or our practice name. Click here to go to Carecredit.com/apply/index.html.

*In the event that you are unable to complete the terms of the financing plan in 12 months, Capital One charges 19.99% APR on the entire amount, and Care Credit charges 24.99% APR on the entire amount. There is no prepayment penalty.
